We are proud Member of the CLLC! The mission of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition (CLLC) is to empower Landlords and Property Managers from all over Colorado. The CLLC promotes involvement in the legislative process by offering a means to collaborate and negotiate with legislators while educating policymakers about the single-family and small multi-family rental housing industry. The Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition aspires to create positive change for those that provide housing for others and in turn the renters of Colorado.

We are not only proud members of NARPM, Kristie Stanley sits on the board of Northern Colorado NARPM Chapter as the 2023 President Elect and 2019-Current Treasurer! The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®), founded in October 1988, provides a permanent trade organization for the residential property management industry. NARPM®continues to be the premier professional association of residential property managers, currently representing more than 6,000 members comprised of real estate agents, brokers, managers, and their employees.

NARPM® promotes a high standard of business ethics, professionalism, and fair housing practice. The Association also certifies its members in the standards and practices of the residential property management industry and promotes continuing professional education. NARPM® members know that education and communication raise the level of our profession, so that we may better represent our clients. NARPM® is here to represent the interest of property managers.

We are proud members of the WCAA, where Kristie Stanley is also part of this board. The WCAA is located in the fast-growing city of Greeley, Colorado, enjoying both the beautiful mountains, as well as the plains, of Northern Colorado. It was formed and organized for the purpose of providing networking and educational opportunities to Owner / Managers, as well as Vendors, in supporting the local real estate rental market to provide safe, affordable housing to the public, compensate its workforce equitably, provide investors with a fair and reasonable rate of return, and coordinate, cooperate and communicate with local City and County rental housing requirements.
